- Maximize improvements, usability and automation by analyzing current practices, recommending solutions, and designing and implementing modifications

- 4+ years of experience driving HCM migration in a global, public organization

What You'll Do
A successful Senior HRIS Analyst will support the team and organization in driving and communicating the HRIS roadmap, enable transformative change and migration as we transition to using Workday as our "source of truth" for all employees, work collaboratively with HR teams and business partners; evaluate, design, configure, test, document, and implement HRIS functionality; provide troubleshooting support as well as training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; and analyze, audit and maintain HRIS Systems, including but not limited to Workday. This position will serve as a technical point of contact for all functional areas and will ensure data integrity, system changes, testing, develop reports and analyze data flows for process improvement, providing technical expertise in the utilization, development, and implementation of technology related projects.
