- Supporting various Corporate functions (including Tax, Treasury, Accounting, People & Culture, Communications, and Business Development) with various corporate and compliance matters related to the company's global legal organizational structure, banking and financing activities, equity plans, M&A, internal and external communications, and other initiatives;
- Supporting various aspects of Dynatrace's preparation of SEC and NYSE filings and corporate governance matters;
- Providing guidance and advice on compliance matters, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, sanctions, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, internal investigations, information governance/records management, and competition/antitrust;
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of Dynatrace's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, including related policies and procedures (which include the company's whistleblower hotline);
- Designing and implementing various corporate and compliance-focused policies, procedures, and programs, including training and internal awareness initiatives;
- Providing guidance and advice to Dynatrace colleagues around the world on various corporate and compliance matters and questions;
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments related to in-scope corporate and compliance areas and assessing their impacts on the company;
- Helping sustain and enhance Dynatrace's "Speak Up" culture, embedding ethics and compliance into business operations, and modeling strong ethical behavior;
- Monitoring the effectiveness of Dynatrace's compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and identifying areas for continuous improvement; and
- Developing and tracking applicable compliance metrics and preparing periodic updates and reports on Dynatrace's compliance programs for the Legal Leadership Team, the Dynatrace Leadership Team, and the Dynatrace Board of Directors.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school, admitted to practice and in good standing in Massachusetts or another applicable state.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience as a lawyer at a law firm and/or corporate legal department.
- Experience in general corporate and securities matters, key global compliance areas and able to design and implement compliance programs.
- Collaborative, able to lead, strategically plan, work cross-functionally, consensus build, be a team player, and communicate effectively.
- Able to leverage business judgment, assess risks, and provide practical advice.
- Enjoy advising and presenting to business teams and other in-house legal, corporate and compliance professionals.

- The base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.

Dynatrace is looking for an experienced corporate and compliance lawyer to join its global Legal team in a newly created role. Reporting into the VP, Legal – Corporate and ESG, you will help support general corporate legal and public company matters and other projects within the Dynatrace Legal Team and also provide in-depth counsel and legal advice on a wide range of compliance matters. In this role, you will improve and enhance existing programs as well as develop and build others anew, using a practical, commercial, and risk-based approach.
