    Description
    Maintenance of an existing and new customer list
    Participate in internal and external training.
    Provide weekly call report for new and existing account visits.
    Stay current on eclipse and Phocas know how to enter orders.
    Be available to accounts before and beyond the standard workday.
    Manage customer visitation in the most cost-effective way.
    Review A/R and sales reports weekly
    Drive profitability and mix in all lines.

    Critical Duties & Responsibilities:
    Work out a weekly call schedule consistent with meeting forecast.
    Cull out nonperforming or poor pay accounts and replace them with new more productive ones.
    Work with Finance to help collect difficult accounts.
    Flag competitive threats whenever they arise.
    Use the company clearing houses necessary for Commercial Sales
    Provide professional quotations and quality presentations to customers.
    Keep purchasing and branches informed of trends, product needs and issues.

    Performance Guidelines:
    Sales Effectiveness (make GP plan) 70%
    Customer and team feedback 30%
    A minimum of 3 classes on product or technical instruction

    Requirements & Qualifications:
    Business degree or HVAC Trade school
    Prior life experience in HVAC selling.
    Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
    Good communication and documentation skills
    Able to meet deadlines.

    Organizational Relationship:
    Reports to Sales Manager

    Pay Range:
    $49, $61,000.00
