    Job DescriptionDesktopSupportTechnician Pay Rate: $21.00/HR W2Hours: Full time, M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm, some OT, no on-callLocation: 76 S Main St, Akron, OH 44308Duration: Contract-to-Hire Description:
    • Tickets, hardware and software troubleshooting
    • Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
    • Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool
    • Repair, test, image and clean PC's, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware.
    • Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided Service Now tool
    • Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
    • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
    Skills:
    • Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365)
    • Candidates should have 2 years of experience supporting PC Hardware and software.
    • Troubleshooting skills with hardware and software
    • Ability to setup, configure and add hardware.
    • A+ certification is a preferred.
    • Must be able stay focused, working independently
