For our headquarters in Wolfsburg (initially limited until December 31, 2023), we are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will be responsible for all personnel matters in a designated area. You will provide consulting and support for our central departments as well as for employee representation.


Topics such as short-time work, salary structures, and labor law issues are just some of the focal points of your work.

Your tasks in detail

  • Accompanying and empowering managers in businessrelated HR matters
  • Managing, implementing, and applying HR instruments and processes, e.g. (strategic personnel planning, succession planning, personnel development)
  • Supporting and advising on internal transformations and restructurings
  • Negotiating with employee representation bodies and promoting a trusting cooperation
  • Empowering/coaching managers in their leadership role (transformation phase)
  • Acting as an escalation level for issues such as MAG, disciplinary measures, and termination agreements
Your profile

  • Degree in business administration, psychology, or social sciences with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of human resources
  • Indepth knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP SSF and MS Office
