We are currently looking for a Lab Support (m/f/d) for our long-standing client in the pharmaceutical industry in 88400 Biberach-Riss, initially until December 31, 2024.

Monthly salary: 4,500 to 5,800 euros
Our client is a pharmaceutical company founded in 1885. It is the largest research-based pharmaceutical company in Germany. The company's core business is researching, developing, manufacturing, and distributing medicines for humans and animals.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Identification, installation, and GMPcompliant documentation of OS patches
  • Installation, configuration, and GMPcompliant documentation of Data Integrity (DI) IT tools (in consultation with the department)
  • Support for troubleshooting laboratory and manufacturing systems
  • Creating and restoring backups and system images
  • Maintenance of laboratory network infrastructure (connecting network sockets)
  • Creation and update of IT system documentation, including CRIP report
  • Integration of laboratory and manufacturing systems into the company's internal IT landscape
  • Print management for laboratory and manufacturing systems
  • Creation of test documentation in accordance with GMP requirements
  • Implementation of requirements for equipment
  • Conducting DI test cases

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training in the IT field or automation technology with several years of professional experience or a bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
  • Indepth knowledge of operating systems Windows 7/10, including user and printer management
  • Indepth knowledge of IP network
