Responsibilities:
Join the Adina Checkpoint Charlie team and bring your communicative nature to brighten up our team. Your goal is to actively engage and ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of our guests.

This includes professionally coordinating the nightly tasks at the reception according to existing standards and ensuring correct guest billing before check-out.

In addition, administrative tasks such as the guideline-compliant daily closing including submission to management and accounting team are part of your responsibilities.

If you also have a completed hotel management training and are familiar with hotel management systems such as Protel, we look forward to your application.
