    Universal Orlando Resort believes in in-person collaboration for success. Most Team Members work in a hybrid capacity, contributing from the workplace at least three days per week.     JOB DESCRIPTION:


    Leads the development of actionable insights and analyses in marketing optimization and guest journey. Utilizes findings from marketing mix modeling, attribution models, and consumer insights. Provides strategic recommendations to key stakeholders. Guides the marketing strategy to enhance the guest experience at Universal Orlando. Collaborates with stakeholders to drive insights aligned with business goals.

    The ideal candidate should have an analytical background in Marketing, with experience in:

    • Cross-channel attribution
    • Marketing mix modeling
    • Attribution modeling
    • Regression analysis
    • Agent-based modeling
    • Forecasting
    • Sensitivity analysis
    • Marketing optimization

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


    ANALYTICS

    • Focuses on optimizing Marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned media. Identifies key areas for campaigns, attractions, and events.
    • Manages the Cross-channel Attribution platform, leveraging marketing mix modeling and attribution insights.
    • Utilizes insights to provide strategic recommendations.
    • Generates actionable insights from Cross-channel Attribution for optimization and targeting.
    • Advocates for optimization strategies across channels.
    • Develops measurement plans for performance evaluation.
    • Analyzes marketing impact on customer behavior.

    STRATEGY & INTEGRATION

    • Guides annual and seasonal marketing strategies for the Omni-channel guest experience.
    • Partners with stakeholders to drive marketing insights aligned with business goals.
    • Identifies best practices to solve marketing challenges.
    • Ensures alignment of marketing insights with strategic plans.
    • Identifies process gaps and initiates problem-solving.

    EDUCATION:


    Bachelor's degree required in fields like Marketing, Business, Analytics, or Data Science. MBA preferred.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 7+ years digital marketing analytics experience required.
    • Experience in cross-channel analytics and business consulting.
    • Expertise in marketing integration.
    • Experience leading analytics projects with significant impact.
    • Cross-functional expertise in marketing analytics.
    • Experience leveraging insights for strategic recommendations.
    • Ability to present recommendations to leadership.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to meet performance targets.
