Eiffage Infra-East, headquartered in Wilsdruff with branches in Drebach and Trebbin, specializes in road and civil engineering as well as structural engineering. Your skills are needed for:


  • Managing large and technically demanding infrastructure projects
  • Responsibility for delivering contracted construction services in terms of quality, schedule, and cost
  • Developing technically intelligent and economically feasible solutions
  • Leading (section) site managers
  • Monitoring construction progress
  • Checking performance reports of (section) site managers
  • Responsible for change management or coordinating internal and external technical stakeholders
  • Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors together with the procurement department

You bring with you:


  • Completed degree in civil engineering or industrial engineering
  • Construction management experience for complex projects in road construction, civil engineering, and earthworks
  • Indepth knowledge of VOB and technical regulations
  • Good knowledge of iTWO and scheduling software
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
