**Malindo is a rapidly growing re-commerce company that aims to reintroduce returns from online and mail order retail back into the economic cycle.


We are currently seeking
long-term support from motivated colleagues (m/f/d) to join our team and assist with
receiving and storing items, as well as
shipping customer orders in our newly established warehouse in Ludwigsfelde.


Your responsibilities with us:

As a
Pick&Pack employee (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation in our
warehouse

Your tasks will include:

  • Unloading containers
  • Coordinating/routing the flow of goods
  • Working with handheld scanners
  • Operating pallet jacks
  • Storing and retrieving items
  • Packaging and shipping customer orders
  • Preparing presorted pallets for pickup

What you bring to the table:


  • English language skills (software is in English)
  • Experience with
    PC usage:

Physical fitness:


  • Some items may be heavy and require unloading
  • High level of
    selfmotivation, commitment, and reliability:

  • Forklift license is advantageous
  • Experience in warehousing and logistics, e.g. as a warehouse assistant (m/f/d), is beneficial; however, we also welcome applicants with no prior experience in this field.
