    • To instruct student-athletes in the fundamental skills, strategies, and physical conditioning necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success
    • To work with the athletic director in accomplishing the mission and goals of the athletic department
    • Instruct athletes in fundamentals, develop character, model expected behavior
    • Ability to work with players, parents, administration and other coaches
    • To adhere to the MPS Athletics Code of Ethics and Conduct for Sports Coaches
    • Attend the AHSAA sponsored rules clinic for his/her sport
    Reports To ATHLETIC DIRECTOR
