The cheer coach is responsible for all aspects of the cheer program. The coach must demonstrate strong leadership, character devlopment, and sportsmanship. Qualified candidates should posses strong communication and organizational skills. They must demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the skills and strategies of cheerleading.
