    This individual partners with global & regional Product Managers and Professional Education teams to develop relevant and robust campaigns and initiatives.

    Keeping clinicians and patients top of mind is critical to bringing our strategy, communications, and experiences to life in ways that resonate with our customers around the globe.

    This role will report to the Sr Director of Global Brand Strategy and Digital Innovation.

    You'll make an impact by...Developing and manage brand initiatives and associated marketing communication programs which support key BU initiatives, product launches and market development effortsCollaborating with Regional Marketing teams to develop regionally relevant, robust marketing and promotional programs, which ensure a consistent customer experience across all touch pointsPartnering with global product marketing on new product development to develop positioning, value proposition, messaging platform, and product namesGaining insights from market research to inform marketing initiativesCoordinate project management across multiple functions, including key stakeholders (e.g., product management, convention management, clinical affairs, legal and regulatory affairs), to ensure timely and accurate completion of projectsExploring and integrate innovative marketing strategies and tactics, including digital, interactive and online media, mobile applications, and other new methods that augment traditional marketing tacticsOverseeing creative agency partnerships.

    Manage agency priorities and approve expenditures within budget guidelinesApplying consistent execution of Edwards' corporate brand marketing guidelines and trademark requirementsActing as internal brand steward for Edwards' corporate brand and BU portfolio to ensure they are consistently and meaningfully represented by all internal stakeholders, across all customer touch points worldwideManaging assigned brand budgetsDeveloping department operational procedures and processes that foster effective communications and collateralMonitoring metrics to track program effectiveness and ROIOther incidental dutiesWhat you'll need (Required):

    Bachelor's degree with 8 years of marketing experience working with digital assets and digital channels orMaster's degree or equivalent plus 6 years of marketing experience working with digital assets and digital channelsWhat else we look for (Preferred): Strong marketing acumen including understanding and application of marketing frameworks, concepts, and principlesSubstantial knowledge and understanding in applying brand strategy to communication challengesProven successful project management skillsExcellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skillsAbility to drive achievement of objectivesKnowledge and understanding of marketing communication channels, with particular knowledge of digital channelsStrict attention to detailAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organizationAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environmentAbility to lead projects with cross-functional team members, motivating and coaching othersMaintain a strong relationship with the regional sales team, clinical specialists, governmental affairs, clinical economics and training to ensure effective and optimal integration of efforts.

    For California, the base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $163,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
