Accurate Personnel is looking for a bright, motivated sales professional for our staffing office in Indianapolis, Indiana
Accurate Personnel is hiring for an Account Executive to join us now, or after the 1st of the year. This individual will be responsible for driving direct sales of both temporary and permanent staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will require a proactive approach to developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships. Apply online and kick-start your career today
Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $65,000 annually, plus commission structure. Compensation based on experience.
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision.
- Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop full knowledge of assigned sales territory and account base
- Prospect new opportunities for business
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through cold calling and networking.
- Secure new accounts and expand existing ones through effective proposals and networking.
- Consult with clients to identify talent acquisition and workforce needs.
- Enter daily activities into CRM software for tracking purposes.
- Exhibit the company's values and follow company processes.
- Serve as a resource for labor/workforce management solutions.
- Work with Operations staff to ensure service delivery and provide updates to management.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to evaluate staffing performance and workforce trends.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the sales process with a proven record in development and revenue generation.
- Represent the organization at industry expos and networking events to boost visibility.
- Professionally handle rejection, meet budget and quota expectations, and commute within the territory.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are in need of someone who is:
- Experienced in selling workforce solutions / staffing.
- Capable of understanding Industrial industry workforce challenges
- Competitive, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced and high pressure environment.
- Able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands.
- A "hunter" and enjoys the thrill of finding clients that can benefit from our temporary staffing and direct hire recruiting services.
- Able to travel within assigned market(s).
- Committed to excellence in everything they do.
