    Description
    The Senior Manager, Security Operations is a member of the Global Security Campus Operations team. The incumbent provides security management and security consulting services to campus functions and entities within Mayo Clinic operations.

    The incumbent manages all aspects of campus physical security staff and liaises with campus leadership and staff to support security surveys, threat/risk assessments, and investigations in coordination with Operational Risk Management.

    Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of security staffing, processes, and technology to assure campus security management needs are met.

    Participates in special projects or assignments directed by the Director, Campus Security Operations and in collaboration with the Global Security Operations Team and Operational Risk Management Team.

    Coordinates appropriate security responses in emergency situations. Implements tools to collect and report information in an accurate and timely manner regarding daily security activity and incidents. Responsibilities also include assuring training for campus security personnel and the broader workforce.
