- Enter participant information accurately into the COBRA Point system, following established office procedures.
- Process Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files efficiently to ensure seamless data transmission.
- Input participants' enrollments and changes into the COBRA Point system with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Document all communications with participants, including inquiries and issues they encounter, in a clear and organized manner.
- Coordinate with brokers and insurance carriers to obtain and relay accurate information regarding plan benefits to participants.
- Assist in resolving participant inquiries and issues related to plan benefits by providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of participant information and adhere to data protection policies and procedures.
- Continuously update knowledge of COBRA regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and efficiency in administration processes.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be able to commit to a Hybrid Schedule
- College degree in a related field.
- Experience in COBRA benefits administration.
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.
- Previous experience in customer service roles.
