With a geographic footprint of 34 states, CrossAmerica Partners distributes branded/ unbranded petroleum for motor vehicles to approximately 1,800 locations and owns or leases over 1,100 sites.


Our
Corporate Recruiting Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruiting to attract and identify talent to fill various corporate level positions.


Key responsibilities:


  • Occasional travel to attend hiring events, networking engagements, regional employee meetings, etc

Education/Experience

  • Associates/Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of corporate recruiting/talent acquisition experience
  • Experience with high volume positions a plus
  • Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with leaders and hiring managers
  • Experience using talent and market insights and data to influence audiences
  • Outstanding teamwork and multitasking skills
