Sapphire Software continues to see growth and is seeking to expand our Client Care Team.

We are hiring energetic team members that have experience with K-12 administrative software to join our team We want smart, fun, and fast paced team members who are ready to be part of a growing organization and are willing to take the organization to the next level.

As a Client Care Specialist, the position entails the following:

  • Experience and understanding of K-12 education community.
  • Experience working with administrative softwareSapphire software preferred.
  • Ability to multitask while completing responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Log and track all calls in ticketing system.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with Sapphire team members to help with support ticket resolution.
  • Experience training others on software.
  • Must have outstanding phone skills and politeness.
  • Qualifications and Skills required are superior analytical, strategic, and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities to communicate effectively across departments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Requirements for a client care specialist include, bachelor's degree or equivalent in years of experience.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in K-12 education using administrative software
