    Description

    Our client, a global entertainment company, is seeking an Office Coordinator to support their day to day workflow through facilities management and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the entertainment industry.

    Job Title: Office Coordinator

    Pay Rate: $ /hour (based on experience)

    Duration: 4-month | Potential to Extend

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30A-6:30P

    Location: Los Angeles - Woodland Hills, CA | ONSITE

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive and transfer phone calls
    • Update and manage calendars
    • Process invoices
    • Maintain vendor relationships
    • Order and set up catering
    • Order office supplies and materials
    • Handle conference room requests
    • Handle access & ID badges for employees
    • Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
    • Keep up with office supply inventory
    • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
    • Take minutes during meetings
    • Organize and maintain the office filing system

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of relevant experience
    • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels, including Senior Management
    • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with external partners
    • Strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills
    • Strong computer skills; understanding of Microsoft Office is essential
    • Ability to work under high pressure and speed
    • Great social and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to keep information highly confidential
    • Must be flexible and able to multi-task
    • Ability to analyze and evaluate situations and outcomes

    Education:

    • Associate's degree
