Description

This part-time Office Coordinator position supports a highly-regarded boutique physical therapy and fitness center in Santa Monica, CA, now in it's 10th year serving Santa Monica and our surrounding community.

It is a physical therapist-owned practice with a team of 10 members consisting of PTs, Strength & Conditioning Specialists, Pilates instructors, and office staff.

This position includes SATURDAYS, 9AM - 1PM, and availability / need for additional hours during the week.

This position encompasses a variety of duties including:

  • Supporting office manager with administrative and office operations duties
*Greeting patients

*Answering phones

  • Scheduling
  • Billing
*Coordinating with therapists, office manager, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to multitask
  • Interest in wellness, fitness, healing, etc.
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Experience with Mindbody is a plus, but not necessary
