Your responsibilities:


  • Professional and friendly customer service
  • Identifying customer needs and creating corresponding offers
  • Order acceptance and coordination with the workshop team, as well as coordination of work on the car lift
  • Active participation in automotive service and tire mounting
  • Optimization of workshop processes
  • Selection, training, and supervision of commercial apprentices
  • Order processing
  • Support of the branch manager

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Successful completion as a master mechanic (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, experience in training automotive mechatronics technicians (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in sales desirable, ideally in the field of tires, wheels, and service
  • Strong customer and service orientation, as well as sales skills
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and reliability
  • Willingness to work in a team and enjoy working with people
  • Class B driver's license
