We are currently seeking a
Deputy Facility Manager (m/f/d) for our childcare facility "Hasenkuhle" and the after-school program at the 61st elementary school in Dresden-Rochwitz.

The position is 32 hours per week and is permanent.

Responsibilities:

Education, upbringing, and care of children aged one year to the end of elementary school according to the guidelines of the Saxon Education Plan and the concept of the facility, primarily in a small, natureoriented kindergarten connected to the afterschool program
Professional and organizational management of the facility in the absence of the head specialist

Requirements:

Degree in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification according to SächsQualiV
Experience in childcare
Indepth knowledge in the field of early childhood education
Knowledge of digital media
Organizational skills and structured work approach
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in IT
Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
