We are currently seeking a Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) for a client in the healthcare industry located in Auburn, WA.

Your daily tasks:

  • Checking, recording and booking incoming invoices from clients
  • Conducting reminder and collection runs
  • Assisting with VAT returns
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Processing credit notes

Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training or further education
  • Previous experience in financial accounting
  • Experience with monthly and annual financial statements
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of DIAMANT software is desirable
  • Excellent German language skills are essential
