    Help homeowners go solar and remove their energy bills for good The best part is, the homeowner pays no money out of pocket With our program, combined with the federal tax credit, the solar package will pay for itself day oneThis is your chance to help Setters set appointments, help people live green, save green, while you make green.

    Every solar job completed is like planting 140 trees per year. This is a win-win for everyone There is a lot of green to go around
    • What we are looking for Clear speaking voice.
    Determination.
    Positive attitude.
    Be able to handle rejection well.
    Reliable transportation.
    Set up new customers for in home presentations.


    Train:
    Train new reps on the doors through direct to home trainings


    Manage:
    Set expectations with new hires for specific bench mark/ goal attainment opportunities. Per sit pay and install bonuses available. We give you all the tools you need to make $35k-$100k a year starting out, with bonus opportunities, as well as directing sales marketing leadership, making over $150k+ per yearIf this sounds like you then come join our family today
