Company Description:

Located in Saint Augustine, Florida, Rulon International the leading manufacturer of Custom High End Wood Ceilings, Walls, and Engineered Polymer Ceiling and Canopy systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager.

Rulon custom made products are specified, manufactured, and installed on the most unique and prominent projects across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. To handle the growth and expansion of Rulon International requires the hiring of additional staff in our Project Management Department.

Job Description:

In partnership with our Sales, Engineering, and Production teams, manage sold projects to ensure timeline and project details are communicated between the customer and Rulon. Project Manager will be the go-to person for everything involving the customer's project and timeline. This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery of our custom-manufactured products according to our established lead times and customer expectations. The Project Manager is the liaison between our customer and our various internal teams, including engineering and production. The successful PM will ensure that project work is moving according to established lead times, that information requested from our customers is received timely, and that communication on the status of the project is shared regularly with our customers. This is a high-volume role that will handle up to 100+ projects of varying sizes, scopes, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from sale to completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverable timelines.

Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

Communicate project status and updates internally to engineering and manufacturing and externally to the customer.

Be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

Need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment between the customer and Rulon International.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in project management / business.

Proven experience as a project manager in manufacturing, preferably in acoustical wood ceiling and wood wall products.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
