- Supporting employees with benefits programs, including health, dental, disability, and 401k.
- Handling employee separation procedures and conducting exit interviews.
- Managing employee records and preparing payroll-related documentation.
- Responding to employment verification requests.
- Assisting with payroll reviews and adjustments, as required.
- Staying informed of changes in labor laws.
- Ensuring consistent policy application with HR and upper management.
- Developing HR solutions based on data analysis and recommendations.
- Completing assigned projects within set timelines, including research and data analysis.
- Compiling and summarizing data for labor costs and employee productivity reports.
- Coordinating company events and providing coverage in the Executive office and Reception.
