- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Generalist in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to maintain positive employee relationships
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Advanced English communication skills
- Intermediate Spanish language skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Familiarity with BI reporting
- Handle employee disciplinary issues
- Review and track employee relations metrics
- Conduct investigations on discrimination and harassment claims
- Prepare separation notices and conduct exit interviews
- Analyze and report on productivity data
- Maintain company systems and contribute to system enhancements
- Review yearly evaluations
- Monitor training compliance
- Maintain code of ethics disclosure logs
- Revise and maintain policies and procedures
- Stay updated on employment laws
- Support HR and Upper Management
- Develop HR solutions and complete special projects
- Review evaluations and conduct phishing test simulations
- Perform other assigned duties
