- Utilize docketing/calendaring skills to calculate and schedule crucial deadlines related to legal matters.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information on litigants, court cases, dockets, and judge details from all court-related databases (e.g., PACER, Westlaw, CourtDrive).
- Generate, organize and share docket reports containing impending deadlines with the teams.
- Thorough understanding of State and Federal Court Rules
- 2 or more years of bankruptcy or litigation docketing experience utilizing a rules-based docketing software (experience with Compulaw is highly desirable).
- Previous docketing and/or assisting in bankruptcy or litigation matters across multiple states, including Federal and State courts.

This role involves collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to offer expert assistance in bankruptcy calendaring and docketing, court regulations, case investigation, legal processes, electronic filing procedures in various offices and courts, adhering to specific firm and team protocols.
Review bankruptcy and litigation documents to identify relevant dates, and notify lawyers and paralegals of upcoming deadlines by efficiently inputting dates into the docketing system.
Respond promptly and effectively to procedural requests/inquiries concerning calendared events and deadlines, pleadings, court procedures, relevant court regulations, and date computations.
