- Project execution oversight, including defining scope, allocating resources, planning budget and schedule, and managing risks for new product launches, automation projects, and capacity expansions.
- Enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency in manufacturing and assembly operations through cross-functional projects that use innovative process improvements.
- To achieve project objectives, drive waste reduction, integrate technology, and develop skills among production teams.
- Guide engineering and assembly personnel as the technical authority for operations projects, ensuring desired outcomes.
- Foster innovation by advancing processing techniques to align with long-term growth objectives while enhancing safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- "Create and assess reports and presentations and manage budget distributions by company policies."
- Encourage communication and teamwork among all departments and management levels. Deliver presentations at the executive level when required.
- Collaborate closely with the manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and equipment suppliers to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment installations.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and 3P methodologies to drive manufacturing cost reduction and efficiency improvements across various production processes.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field is required (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering is preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with Capital Expenditure
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing focusing on process improvements, capital improvements, efficiency of automation, etc.
- Experience with new product launches.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD/modeling software.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
