Bosi Construction is a full-service General Contractor serving clients in Oak Park, Orland Park, River Forest, La Grange, Hinsdale, Beverly, Palos Park, Burr Ridge, and surrounding areas. With over 40 years of experience, we have a proven track record of delivering top-quality renovations, with a focus on integrity, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Streamline office processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Oversee and support administrative staff in their daily tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all projects.
  • Provide regular reports to upper management on project status and performance.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Office Manager or Project Coordinator (2 years).
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, project management software, and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking aptitude.
  • Attention to detail and a resultsdriven approach.
