- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated successfully.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues.
- Support the performance review process, providing training and guidance to managers and employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as necessary.
- Partner with management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

LHH is actively interviewing Contract HR Generalist to join our team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment. This role will involve handling HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
