    Reveal Guides (a partner with Reveal Diagnostic) is a cutting-edge CAD/CAM medical device company that creates custom surgical splints using 3D cameras, mills, and SLS (laser) 3D printing technology for dental surgeons across the country. We're on the hunt for a top-notch Director of Operations who is strategic, dedicated, and has a true passion for their work.     As a Director of Operations, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to, managing its resources, developing and implementing an operational plan, and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly. Additionally, the Director of Operations regularly evaluates organizational efficiency and makes necessary changes to maximize staff productivity. The Director of Operations assesses the needs of the company and finds ways to contribute to the big picture by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    The Director of Operations is responsible for:
    • Ability to grow and enhance the business through operational processes, employee and staff capabilities, and financial performance
    • Analyzes current and future trends and needs and accurately assesses functional responsibilities, competitive strengths, and vulnerabilities.
    • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
    • Builds and maintains a departmental structure, operating standards, and practices that are responsive and adaptable to evolving business needs
    • Forward-looking: Ability to anticipate the implications and consequences of situations and take appropriate action. Create and implement multi-step game plans with contingencies to make sure results are achieved
    • Crisis Management: Able to identify and correct errors with exceptional customer service skills.
    • Hold staff rigorously accountable for achieving their objectives
    • Evaluate organizational performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
    • Oversee daily operations of the organization and the work of employees
    • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
    Leadership and Management
    • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings, supervisions, and training to motivate staff for success
    • Promote team building, create professional and technical skill development
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    Qualifications

    Skills & Relevant Experience:
    • High school diploma, AS/BS Degree, or equivalent.
    • 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of 1 year of direct people management with exceptional efficiency
    • Proven track record of strategic planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating a wide variety of activities; developing and implementing
    • Experience multitasking and managing a multi-step process with deadlines
    • Experience overseeing daily operations of a business
    • Experience creating and refining processes for a high-growth company
    • Effective fiscal management skills, including data analysis, sound recommendations, and adopting effective causes of action.
    • Working persuasively and tactfully with supervisors and employees
    • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
    • Experience building teams and hiring/dismissing
    Experience in the dental/medical industry and/or 3D printing is a bonus but not required.

    Additional Information

    Details of Position:
    • Full-time hourly position reporting to the Founder and Chief of Operations.
    • Salary pay range: $70,000 - $80,000 (based on experience).
    • Hybrid Shifts:
    • The position will be hybrid: 4 days in-office required, which is located off of Union Square in San Francisco, CA.
    • Minimum traveling may be required
