- Communicate with new hires in regard to details about the company
- Welcome new hires with prepared on-boarding kits
- Detail all new hires' initial tasks and answering any queries.
- Gather and file all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience working in a Human Resources Department with a focus in onboarding, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Resume Databases (Paylocity preferred)
- The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
