Your main tasks will include:

  • Providing telephone and in-person IT support to our employees
  • Documenting in a ticket and knowledge management system
  • Installing, maintaining, and administering stationary and mobile devices in a Microsoft-based network
  • Managing Apple iPhones through MDM
  • Managing our telephony (CTI software and stationary)
  • Assisting in the implementation and optimization of service processes

You are a good fit for us if you have:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist
  • First professional experience in the described area of responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Entra, and M365
  • Good knowledge of networking
  • Calm, structured, and solution-oriented work style
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and enthusiasm for independent work
  • Good German language skills in speaking and writing
