Hybrid in Plainsboro, NJ
Immediate
opening in Plainsboro, NJ with one of the largest Pharmaceutical and Biotech corporations in the world.


PLEASE REVIEW REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY:


  • 23+ years Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources Onboarding experience is required
  • Must reside within commuting distance of Plainsboro, NJ and will be required to report 3x a week onsite, 2x a week remote
  • Onboarding experience is required
  • Reviewing and processing onboarding documents and onboarding paperwork
  • I9 review and process experience

  • Hourly Pay:
$30.66/hr


  • Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Review and confirm accuracy of offer details in advance of offer preparation.
  • Initiation of Backgrounds and onboarding paperwork

Requirements:


  • Strong attention to detail needed.
  • Must possess knowledge in a full range of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 35 years administrative, HR, or related experience.
