We represent major corporations, public entities, and individuals in a variety of complex business disputes, mass tort litigation, insurance recovery disputes, employment and wage claims, real estate matters, and entertainment litigation.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site but flexible role for a Senior to Mid-Level Litigation Associate. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks including conducting legal research, drafting and filing motions, preparing for and attending depositions, appearing in courts, and assisting with all aspects of case management and trial preparation.

    Qualifications

    • Mastery of the law, including civil procedure, evidence, and substantive legal issues
    • Experience in drafting and arguing motions
    • Proficiency in conducting legal research and writing legal briefs
    • Ability to handle and prepare for depositions
    • Experience appearing in courts, including making oral arguments
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Experience in complex litigation is a must
    • Prior insured-side insurance coverage e

    xperience is a huge plus

    • Admission to the California State Bar is required
