My client is currently seeking an associate with 1-5 years of experience in employment litigation. The ideal candidate should have a background in handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. Essential skills include proficiency in drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, arguing motions, and conducting depositions.Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment are prerequisites.
The successful candidate should be proactive, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.While experience in employment law is preferred, we welcome applications from talented attorneys with litigation experience in various fields who exhibit a keen interest in labor and employment law.
Relocation assistance is available, and candidates must be admitted in California.Benefits encompass a comprehensive package, featuring medical, dental, and vision benefits, generous paid time off, paid parental leave, 401(k) with carve-out election, profit sharing, life insurance, long-term disability coverage, and an employee assistance program.
Optional benefits include critical care, accident and hospital indemnity insurance, a student loan refinancing program, dependent life insurance, and pet insurance.
The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 – $200,000, with actual compensation determined by factors such as relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related considerations within the bounds of applicable law.
