The opportunity is also open to remote candidates. With a team of more than 70 attorneys nationwide, they are recognized for guiding manufacturers through mass tort disputes.

    Requirements for Ideal Candidates:

    • Minimum of three years' experience in product liability law or related litigation fields.
    • Expertise in advising on strategies to minimize product liability risks and prevent lawsuits
    • Experience handling litigation and representing clients in trials within the manufacturing and technology sector is a bonus.
    • Competent in coordinating claims on global, national, and regional levels
    • Strong advocacy for clients before government agencies.
    • Excellent academic background, solid references, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory for this position.
    • Active bar admissions in California or Washington State
