We are currently seeking multiple Technical Customer Support Representatives (m/f/d) for mobile communications for our client in Dania Beach, FL, both full-time and part-time.


Your daily tasks:


  • As a Customer Advisor for mobile communications, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to existing customers.
  • In addition to providing advice, you will also be responsible for selling products through crossselling and upselling.
  • Recording customer information and data is also part of your responsibilities as a Customer Advisor for mobile communications (m/f/d).
  • You will provide information on rates, rate options, invoices, and reminders.
  • Activating SIM cards.
  • Referring technical questions to the technical support team.
  • Advising new and existing customers, including maintaining the customer database.
  • Entering customer data into the computer program.
  • Processing emails and faxes.

What you bring to the table:

  • Previous experience in customer service is desirable.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency with PC are essential for this role as a Customer Advisor for mobile communications.
  • Your profile is completed by strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customeroriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and reliability in the workplace.
