- Answer phones and take messages.
- Support the Portfolio Manager Assistant with administrative tasks.
- Assist with writing correspondences, letters and notices to residents.
- Data entry and updating information into CRM.
- Operate office equipment to make copies, scan documents.
- Upload, create and manage digital files.
- Audit completed paperwork for new team members.
- Complete other projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of Property Management experience
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient with Yardi
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Affordable Housing knowledge preferred
