    About the Opportunity:

    Join our dynamic multidisciplinary team and play an important part in building brighter futures for children and families Our Communications & Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support and assistance to Trillium Family Services IMPACT department including the IMPACT Council, Awareness Committee and ERGs. Position will perform technical support, presentation development, data analysis, event planning and communications support. The scope of work varies and there are frequent interruptions and deadlines.

    • Hourly rate starts at $23.00

    About You:

    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • 5 years' experience in administrative and/or communications role.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
    • Some experience with content creation using platforms like Canva, Constant Contact or similar tools
    • Some experience with social media content management specifically in LinkedIn and Instagram
