- Data collection and archival; reimbursables and closeouts
- Procurement (ordering, research) of materials for shops
- Outreach; coordinating schedules/meetings
- Expense reports
- Shipping logistics
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Operations support (equipment repair/rental, vendor service, training, etc.)
- Reception coverage/breaks (backup)
- Assist in maintaining office public spaces
- Minimum bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with A/C/E industry a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
