    Seeking a Patient Service Representative in Johnson City, TN.

    State of Franklin Healthcare Associates is a physician-led and team member-owned multi-specialty care group of more than 250 providers and 900 team members headquartered in Johnson City, TN with 35 locations in the upper East Tennessee & Southwest Virginia region.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Greets patients and welcomes them to the office,
    • Checks patients in/out,
    • Reviews demographic, insurance, and provider information with patients,
    • Prints and provides the patient with an encounter form,
    • Schedules return appointments as designated by the provider,
    • Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent,
    • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is desired but not required.
