We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) in the medical field (consulting for cosmetic surgeries) for a company located in Surgoinsville, TN.

Are you interested in working as a Telephone Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent, or Patient Advisor?

As a Telephone Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent, or Patient Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting and assisting potential clients
  • Scheduling appointments with doctors and clinics for potential clients
  • Handling customer inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in German with strong negotiation skills

Benefits:

€ gross salary + 200€ bonus

  • Shift work from Monday to Friday, 8am8pm (schedule will be determined in collaboration with the team)
