- Run highly consultative sales cycles with midmarket and enterprise customers with a focus on deep discovery, listening to customer needs and being an effective champion for their point of view in the organization
- Responsible for prospecting and creating 30% of monthly opportunities
- Run a disciplined forecast, consistently achieve on goals, and present guidance to sales development and executive management
- Work closely with your Sales Development Team to drive the sourcing of strategic leads within an assigned set of customer targets
- Identify and build new account relationships from leads, cold calls, and other internal sources made available to you
- After winning new business, you will maintain and grow the acquired new business to maximize revenue growth while continuing efforts in new business development
- Analyze customer and market needs, pricing models and network operations input; Provide feedback through internal channels so course correction can be made quickly and efficiently
- Sell through multiple levels of target accounts, by building relationships across the product organization from individual contributors to C-Suite leaders
- Act as the voice of the customer to Telgorithm's product teams
- Be an active expert in the texting space - staying abreast of key industry initiatives and new capabilities - on behalf of your customers and the wider Telgorithm's go-to-market organization
- History of exceeding sale quota, especially with customers that have $60K+ ACV
- 3+ years of combined experience in mid-market/enterprise account or strategic sales, highly complex products or solution
- 1+ year of experience selling compliance-based or cloud communication API-based products (particularly within A2P 10DLC) HIGHLY recommended
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders, while influencing their understanding and building supportive partnerships
- Analytical account development strategy based on using prospect data to find opportunities and prove value

The Role. The Account Executive will be responsible for expanding Telgorithm's customer base through tenacious prospecting (calling, emailing, etc) and booking meetings.
