    ABOUT THE JOB: The Service Sales Representative closes contracts for service sales customers, at defined monthly goals, that ensure partner and customer satisfaction.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Prospects, qualifies and generates sales within the company's established processes.
    • Ability to perform routine roof inspections.
    • Develops own leads using various formats such as networking, cold calling and company provided software resources.
    • Ability to price and close sales opportunities on the spot using company software
    • Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed.

    Position Requirements
    • A minimum of two years' prior experience in a sales role.
    • B2B Sales experience preferred
    • Must have active driver's license (company vehicle provided).
    • Excellent communication skills and professional personal presentation.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Coachable and willing to learn
    • Motivated and goal-oriented
