    • Lead outbound prospecting efforts targeting companies through cold calling, email outreach, marketing campaigns, and social selling
    • Demonstrate effective communication skills by collaborating with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments
    • Identify the business challenges of prospects, propose Viably's solutions, and grasp their infrastructure, timelines, and budget constraints
    • Develop personalized value propositions for each prospect interaction, closely collaborate with the sales team to pursue new leads and opportunities
    • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline goals, converting them into qualified opportunities that the field sales team can pursue
    Qualifications
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and telesales, conducting outbound B2B demand generation and lead generation activities in a SaaS/Cloud environment
    • At least 1 year of experience using marketing automation and lead nurturing systems
    • Proven track record in short sales cycle transactions (from same day to one week)
    • Sales experience in SMB and/or Mid-Market sectors
    • Background in Enterprise, SaaS, Cloud, or FinTech industries, with eCommerce expertise, especially in Amazon/Shopify/Walmart platforms, being highly beneficial
    • Confident and articulate communicator
    • Familiarity with Hubspot is highly desired
    • Ability to manage multiple customer issues while maintaining a positive outlook and successfully closing deals
    • Proficient in crafting persuasive emails and written communications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for influencing others
    • Demonstrates a sense of urgency in issue resolution and driving processes to completion
    • Ideal candidates should be based in North Carolina or New York. For those in the RDU region of NC, the role offers a hybrid setup, working 3 days in the Cary, NC office and 2 days remotely. Candidates from other parts of the US will be considered if all requirements are met
