Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a new manufacturing plant in the North Austin area. This person will play a crucial role in leading daily warehouse operations and leading employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Responsibilities

Supervise and lead warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring a collaborative work environment.
Manage and organize inventory, track stock levels, and implement efficient storage solutions
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles with data storage systems. Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts
