Responsibilities:
- Must have route supervisor experience in Portable toilet or related industry
- Personnel management
- Attention to detail and great customer service
- Safely operate a portable toilet pump truck and run route when needed
- Quality control and assessment
- Follow assigned routes
- Must have valid drivers license
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any mechanical issues or damages
- Maintain accurate records of routes/ deliveries and managing drivers
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with customers and coworkers
Experience:
- Previous experience in route driving or courier work preferred
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
