CNC Supervisor Needed 2nd shift

Salary:
$35 - $45 per hour
Producer of electrical and gas distribution equipment for utility and commercial/industrial markets.
For over 70 years - served the industry with quality, dependability, and outstanding customer service. Our offices and manufacturing facilities are located in Irvington, NJ—approximately 14 miles west of New York City.

Our company, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced CNC Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our Computer Numerical Control (CNC) operations.

As a CNC Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Supervising the CNC department and ensuring smooth operations.
Setting up and operating CNC machines and ensuring their proper maintenance.
Training and guiding CNC operators and ensuring they adhere to safety procedures and quality standards.
Monitoring the production process and making necessary adjustments to ensure products meet specifications.
Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Regularly reviewing and updating CNC programming as necessary.
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
To be considered for the CNC Supervisor position, you must possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.
Comprehensive knowledge of CNC setup and operation.
Strong understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations.
Proficient in using computer software for CNC programming.
